Other plant equipments

Supporting equipment for feeding, screening, washing, conveying and storing material in a crushing plant.

Choose supporting equipment around your feed material, required product sizes and existing plant layout. Multi-deck vibrating screens separate particle sizes; screw sand washers and thickeners support washing and slurry handling; conveyors move material between stages. Rock feeders, grizzly feeders and storage bins complete the feeding and storage arrangement. Equipment capacities and dimensions are determined for each project.

From feed hopper to stockpile

Connect every stage of the material flow

Supporting equipment determines how material enters the crushers, separates into products and reaches storage. Feeders, screens, washers and conveyors should be selected as a connected line, with each transfer matched to the equipment before and after it.

Control feed and separate the required sizes

A feeder regulates delivery from a hopper; a grizzly arrangement can separate smaller material before crushing when the process calls for it. Downstream, vibrating-screen decks and their apertures determine the separation points. The route for oversize, finished product and any return material should be clear before equipment is sized.

Coordinate washing, water and transport

Screw washers address washing and classification duties, while thickeners form part of slurry settling and water management. Choose the water circuit around the actual fines and contamination. Conveyors and bins then link these operations, accounting for transfer heights, stockpile positions and access to drives and service points.

Questions before selection

Can equipment be added to an existing line?

Start with the existing flow diagram, actual duties and available space. Check receiving and discharge heights, utilities and downstream capacity. These interfaces determine whether the additional machine can work with the current arrangement.

Does every aggregate line need washing?

No. Washing depends on the feed contamination and required product quality. Describe the clay and fines, water availability and intended products before selecting a washer and planning the associated slurry and water circuit.

Selection guide

Selection starts with your material.

Tell us the rock type, largest feed size, required fractions and throughput target. Include moisture, clay, site layout and available power where known. These inputs help define a suitable configuration.
