Spare parts
Wear and mechanical parts for cone crushers, with fit checked against the machine model and drawings at inquiry.
Parts are available for 36-inch, CH430 and CH440 cone-crusher applications, subject to compatibility review. Send the machine model, part number or drawing and dimensions so our team can check the fit. Final material and configuration must be confirmed for the requested order.

Wear surfaces and mechanical assemblies
A cone-crusher parts inquiry begins with the machine identity and the function of the component. Wear liners, bushings, shafts and gears have different identification requirements. The catalogue illustrates component families; the drawing and actual machine establish the required fit.
The moving mantle and stationary concave form the crushing chamber. Their profiles affect feed acceptance and discharge, so select them together for the installed machine and intended duty. Record the current chamber designation and wear pattern rather than choosing a replacement from its outside appearance alone.
For a shaft, bush or gear, the dimensions where it connects to other parts matter as much as its overall size. Send the part number or drawing, relevant measurements and clear photographs of these interfaces. Confirm material and machining requirements for the order; a common model name does not establish interchangeability between assemblies.
| Component family | Role | Details for a replacement inquiry |
|---|---|---|
| Mantle and concave | Wear surfaces that define the crushing chamber | Model, chamber profile, drawing and installed liner references |
| Main shaft | Supports the moving cone assembly | Drawing, seating diameters and connection details |
| Bushings | Provide specified bearing or eccentric interfaces | Inner and outer diameters, length and lubrication features |
| Crown wheel and pinion | Transmit drive through the gear pair | Matched gear references, tooth geometry and mounting |
| Top and bottom shells | Locate and support the internal assemblies | Casting reference, seating geometry and fixing positions |
| Dust seals and collars | Help protect internal interfaces from dust | Seal arrangement, dimensions and mating surfaces |
A photo helps identify the component family, but cannot establish dimensions, tolerances or material. Include the machine model, serial or assembly reference, and a part number or dimensioned drawing for the compatibility review.
Do not assume they are. Each model and assembly can require different profiles, dimensions and connections. Specify the exact machine and part so compatibility can be checked before an order is finalized.
Selection guide
A model name is the starting point for a parts inquiry. The part number, drawing and dimensions help establish the exact component, while operating conditions help frame the material and wear-profile discussion.
