Cone crushers

CH430 cone crusher

A compact cone-crusher model for secondary and tertiary crushing and cubical aggregate production.

The compact CH430 offers flexibility in plant layouts, including mobile installations subject to design review. Hydraulic closed-side setting (CSS) adjustment controls product grading. Confirm the supplied adjustment system, including the Hydroset configuration, when requesting a quotation.

Compact secondary and tertiary crushing

Fit the CH430 duty into the whole circuit

The CH430 is considered where secondary or tertiary crushing must fit a compact layout. A useful selection starts with the material arriving from upstream, then connects chamber choice and setting to the screen, return load and required finished fractions.

Work back from the required product

For secondary duty, check the material delivered by primary crushing. For tertiary duty, review the feed already separated by the circuit. In either case, feed grading and consistent presentation to the chamber matter. A compact installation still needs space for the drive, lubrication equipment and liner replacement.

Use chamber codes as a selection map

The reference lists EC, C, MC, M, MF, F and EF chambers from coarser to finer duties. Choosing among them requires more than a target product size: compare feed distribution, the proposed CSS and return material. Confirm the actual liners and adjustment arrangement for the machine being offered.

Questions before selection

Can one CH430 chamber suit every feed?

No. A chamber suited to coarse secondary feed may be inappropriate for a fine tertiary duty. Match the liner arrangement to the actual grading, required fractions and setting rather than selecting by model name alone.

What should an enquiry for a compact installation include?

Send the process flow, available footprint, equipment levels and access restrictions alongside feed and product details. Include the space available for the motor, lubrication unit and maintenance so the arrangement can be reviewed realistically.

Selection guide

Selection starts with your material.

Tell us the rock type, largest feed size, required fractions and throughput target. Include moisture, clay, site layout and available power where known. These inputs help define a suitable configuration.
